HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA

In the case of Auction Passport, we will keep your personal data for at least 6 years from the last time an individual accesses the legal documents for a property.

  • Where employees from either company does have access to this data, it is done so on a restricted basis with personally identifiable information excluded where possible.
  • Where you are a vendor, limited access to your data is also given to your Estate Agent.
